WHO AM I ?
I have been married for over 30 years and mother of 2 children: both are student, one is 23 years old (passing a MBA in Quebec) and the other is 17 years old , she is studying laws in France.
I am in my professional life preoccupied by the particular food and a Clinical Dietitian coordinator ( supervisor) in Assistance publique des hôpitaux de Paris. Previously I was a medical manager in Asia, Africa, Middle East and Dom Tom for a french food company.
Always researcher associated with the CNRS in anthropology of food during my free time, I am also a teacher at the university under license of Nutrition and Human Nutrition and master of food safety and security management
